Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Process Engineer** with expertise in **veterinary vaccine manufacturing** to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vaccine production processes, process optimization, technology transfer, and GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering activities for veterinary vaccine manufacturing.
- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes.
- Support facility design, equipment selection, commissioning, and qualification.
- Prepare and review SOPs, process validation protocols, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, and international regulatory standards.
- Support technology transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
- Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Validation, and Engineering teams.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
- **8–15+ years of experience** in vaccine or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- **Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in veterinary vaccine manufacturing.**
- Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream processing, aseptic manufacturing, and process validation.
- Experience with technology transfer, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
