Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support complex initiatives addressing business challenges and improving operational performance.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and achieve measurable results.
• Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve.
• Monitor key performance indicators and assess process improvements and business initiatives.
• Present actionable recommendations and findings to stakeholders at various levels.
• Translate complex data and technical concepts into useful business insights.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 2 years of GEICO experience working cross-functionally on sales, service, and underwriting processes.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and recommending improvements to complex business problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to ask insightful questions.
• Time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.

Salary

• Annual salary range is $73,800 to $141,450; final compensation considers role scope, experience, education, training, location, and market and business factors.
