The Senior Process Analyst joins GEICO's Corporate Underwriting team to analyze business problems, performance measures, and opportunities for change.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support complex initiatives to address business challenges and improve operational performance.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and deliver measurable results.
- Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate process improvements and business initiatives.
- Present actionable recommendations and translate complex data and technical concepts into business insights.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 2+ years of GEICO experience on cross-functional teams focused on sales, service, and underwriting processes.
- Requires experience analyzing large datasets and recommending improvements to complex business problems.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Looks for intellectual curiosity, insightful questioning, learning agility, time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Annual salary
- The stated annual salary range is $73,800 to $141,450; the final offer may depend on role scope, experience, education, training, location, and market and business considerations.
