Analyzes business problems and performance measures, identifies performance drivers, and helps develop solutions.
How you'll make a difference
- Lead and support complex initiatives to address business challenges and improve operational performance.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and deliver measurable results.
- Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate process improvements and business initiatives.
- Develop actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data and technical concepts into business insights.
Experience and qualifications
- At least two years of GEICO experience working in cross-functional teams focused on sales, service, and underwriting processes.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and recommending improvements to complex business problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and ability to ask insightful questions.
- Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and apply extensive technical and procedural information.
Compensation
- Annual salary range is USD 73,800–141,450; final compensation depends on role scope, experience, education, location, and business considerations.
