Role overview

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead and support large, complex initiatives to solve business challenges and improve operational performance.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and deliver measurable results.
• Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Help address mid- to high-level business problems in support of company goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and initiatives.
• Create actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Translate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful business insights.

Experience and qualifications

• At least two years of GEICO experience on cross-functional teams focused on sales, service, and underwriting processes.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and recommending improvements to complex business problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Intellectual curiosity, effective questioning, time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.

Annual salary

• Annual salary range is $73,800–$141,450; the offer considers role scope, experience, education, training, work location, and market and business factors.
