Works with peers, managers, and partners across the business to drive change.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support large, complex initiatives to solve business challenges and improve operational performance.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and achieve measurable results.
- Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to find trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and assess the effectiveness of process improvements and business initiatives.
- Present actionable recommendations and translate complex data into business insights.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires at least two years of GEICO experience on cross-functional teams focused on sales, service, and underwriting processes.
- Requires experience analyzing large data sets and recommending improvements to complex business problems.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Seeks analytical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, communication, time management, organization, and ability to learn technical and procedural information.
Compensation
