Role overview

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead and support complex initiatives to solve business challenges and improve operational performance.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive measurable results.
• Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and business initiatives.
• Develop actionable recommendations, present findings, and translate complex data into business insights.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 2 years of GEICO experience in cross-functional teams focused on sales, service, and underwriting processes.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and recommending improvements to complex business problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Curiosity, ability to ask insightful questions, learn technical and procedural information, and apply it effectively.
• Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Annual salary

• The stated annual salary range is $73,800–$141,450.
• Final compensation considers role scope, responsibilities, experience, education and training, work location, and market and business factors.
