Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior PRO to lead and manage all government relations and regulatory compliance for our contracting operations in Saudi Arabia, including major client projects with Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all government relations activities and act as the primary liaison with Saudi authorities
- (Jawazat, MOL/Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
- Oversee visa processing, Iqama issuance/renewal, sponsorship transfers, and exit/re-entry
- procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor law, immigration regulations, and Saudization (Nitaqat)

- Manage company licenses, CR, municipality approvals, and regulatory renewals.
- Coordinate Aramco-related documentation, site access, gate passes, and vendor portal

- Supervise junior PROs / GROs and guide HR/Admin on regulatory processes.
- Proactively track regulatory changes and advise management on compliance risks.
- Support project mobilization/demobilization and urgent government-related clearances.
