Overview
- Handle all PRO-related activities and government transactions for the company.
- Liaise with
- JAFZA, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, MOHRE, ICP, Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities
- to obtain approvals, permits, licenses and clearances.
- Process and manage employee visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, labor-related documentation and immigration matters.
- Coordinate company trade license renewals, amendments, registrations and regulatory submissions.
- Obtain and renew NOCs, permits, certificates, and government approvals required for business operations.
- Monitor changes in UAE laws, regulations and JAFZA requirements and ensure company compliance.
- Maintain strong working relationships with government departments and external stakeholders.
- Support internal departments with compliance-related documentation and government procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of all government transactions and maintain accurate records.
