We are retained by one of the world’s most internationally connected private banks to identify exceptional senior private banking talent for its Dubai office. Our client is open to bankers covering any international market and equally welcomes candidates currently based outside Dubai who hold a strong Middle Eastern client book and are prepared to relocate. A comprehensive relocation package is on offer.

All AUM figures refer to assets managed exclusively for HNWI and UHNWI individuals. Candidates must come from an international private banking background. Bankers with books consisting solely of clients from local or domestic institutions will not be considered.

RELOCATION PACKAGE

For candidates relocating to Dubai, our client offers a comprehensive support package to make your transition as seamless as possible:

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A minimum of 8–10 years’ private banking or wealth management experience with a proven, portable HNWI and UHNWI client book of USD 300M+ (ED) or USD 500M+ (MD)
  • Coverage of any international private wealth market — Middle East, South Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia, or any other globally connected corridor
  • Minimum client ticket size of USD 3–5 million across a predominantly HNWI and UHNWI base
  • A stable career history demonstrating long-term client relationships built on genuine trust, discretion, and bespoke advisory
  • Dubai-based or genuinely open to relocating, particularly for candidates with a well-established Middle Eastern client book
  • International private banking background from a globally recognised institution
  • Teams of two or more bankers are actively encouraged — comprehensive commercial arrangements will be structured for team moves

COMPENSATION

All compensation discussions are conducted strictly confidentially and structured entirely around the individual. Candidates are invited to share their current base salary and expectations as part of the introductory conversation.
