As a Senior or Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing exceptional talent for Veramed and our clients.

Previous recruitment experience (minimum 3 years), ideally within life sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or a related sector.

A proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring high-quality talent.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

Strong negotiation skills.

Commercial awareness and customer focus.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.

The ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.

A degree (BSc or BA or equivalent experience).
