Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Analyze pricing performance and recommend adjustments to improve revenue, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Coordinate pricing updates with sales, billing, and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate financial, statistical, and market data for pricing recommendations and commercial proposals.
- Report on customer and operational profitability, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Respond to internal pricing inquiries and maintain pricing documentation and reporting tools.
- Collaborate on pricing strategy implementation and effectiveness monitoring.
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to shared practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Approximately five years of relevant pricing, financial analysis, or related analytical experience.
- Strong financial and statistical analysis and ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
- Experience developing pricing strategies, evaluating profitability, and supporting commercial decisions.
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills, including spreadsheet and analytical tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.
- Operationally complex industry experience is an asset; French and English bilingualism is an advantage.
