  • Work with ERP, MES, PLM, database, spreadsheet, and other operational data; coordinate use of governed and approved sources.
  • Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, refresh schedules, security, deployments, documentation, version control, access, and dataset certification.
  • Troubleshoot reporting, data quality, and dashboard performance issues; train and support users to improve adoption and self-service analytics.

  • Experience using Power Query (M) to transform, cleanse, and prepare data.
  • Ability to gather stakeholder requirements and turn business needs into practical reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of dashboard design, user experience, data visualization, and multiple data sources in business context.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and timelines, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

Preferred experience

  • Manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain experience; reporting on production, quality, inventory, yield, planning, cycle time, or operational efficiency.
  • Advanced DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, star-schema design, or Power BI performance optimization.
  • SQL queries and relational databases; ERP, MES, PLM, or other manufacturing systems.
  • Power BI governance, workspace administration, deployment pipelines, or row-level security.
