Senior Policy Management Specialist

· Develop work mechanisms for the Policy Management function and methodologies for reviewing newly developed and updated institutional documents to ensure they contain the required key elements in accordance with approved standards and institutional policies.

· Verify and follow up on all newly developed institutional documents to ensure their alignment with the standards, policies, and procedures approved by the Municipality.

· Maintain an inventory of documents across organizational units, ensure comprehensive and systematic collection of supporting evidence, and develop a clear database for monitoring and tracking policies.

· Prepare periodic reports outlining the status of newly developed and updated technical manuals, including amendments or additions made, and monitor performance indicators related to policies.

· Develop and implement awareness plans related to the management of institutional documents.

· Major: Industrial Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering

· Experience: 10 Years and Above
