Senior Plant Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Plant Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can oversee plant efficiency, operational standards, and production performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional operational teams, coordinate daily manufacturing activities, and ensure productivity targets are met without compromising compliance or workplace standards.

You are not simply managing production schedules; you are helping shape operational strategy and long-term plant performance.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, technical staff, and operational teams while maintaining accountability and strong workplace engagement.

Health Safety and Compliance: Ensure plant operations comply with internal safety procedures, regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and operational risk controls.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with procurement, logistics, maintenance, quality assurance, and senior leadership to align operational priorities and production goals.

6+ years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, industrial production, or facility management, with at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or leadership role.

Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of production planning, industrial workflows, workforce management, inventory coordination, and process efficiency.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, improve performance standards, and maintain productivity in fast-paced operational environments.

Technical Skills: Comfortable working with operational reporting systems, plant performance dashboards, maintenance coordination, and process documentation.

Language Skills: English proficiency is required for operational reporting and cross-functional communication.

Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
