Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Planning Engineer – MEP
to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering our projects on time and to the highest standards.
About the Role
You will lead the planning and scheduling function for MEP scopes across our active projects, working closely with project, technical, and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery from mobilization through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and weekly/monthly look-ahead plans
- Monitor project progress, track SPI/CPI, and report variances against the baseline
- Review subcontractor programs and ensure alignment with the master schedule
- Present progress updates to senior management and client representatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline
- 7+ years of planning experience in MEP/contracting, with at least 3 in a senior role
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (MS Project a plus)
- Strong command of EVM, critical path analysis, and delay analysis methodologies
- Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and site execution
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
