Our client is a leading construction and engineering organization recognized for delivering large‑scale infrastructure, building, and mixed‑use developments across the region.
The company is known for executing complex projects with strong project controls, engineering excellence, and a commitment to timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
- Track project progress through regular updates, earned value analysis, and preparation of recovery and mitigation plans in coordination with project teams and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports, including delay analysis, EOT claims, and programme narratives for management and client review.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and project controls within construction, infrastructure, industrial, marine, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6, scheduling techniques, and progress measurement, with the ability to manage project schedules effectively.
- Ability to mobilize quickly, with strong coordination and reporting skills across engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder teams.
- Has relevant experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
