Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Planning Engineer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, scheduling, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing project control measures to achieve project milestones. The role calls for proactive problem-solving, risk assessment, and effective communication with project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Planning and Production Planning, including the development of comprehensive project schedules.
• Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks while ensuring project objectives are met.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders effectively.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction planning or project management, with a proven track record in delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in using project management and planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Understanding of local construction regulations and standards in the UAE is an advantage.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Have 8 to 10 years of experience within UAE
• Preferred to have PMI certification
• Already have a delivered recognized projects from inception till completion.
• Responsible for preparing a resource loaded Project Baseline Programme.
• Undertake preparation the Project Progress Reports / Updated Progress Programme.
• Preparation of Delay analysis Impact
• Immediate Joiner is preferred
