Senior Planning Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and revised schedules in line with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances, delays, and critical path activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and KPI reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Evaluate project changes and assess their impact on cost and schedule.
• Participate in progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC planning procedures, project controls requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support project close-out activities and prepare final planning documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum **10 years of experience** in planning and scheduling within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or construction industry.
• **Mandatory experience working on ADNOC projects.**
• Strong proficiency in **Primavera P6** and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and construction methodologies.
• Ability to analyze project performance and provide effective planning solutions.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
