Role overview

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and updating baseline programmes, detailed construction schedules, and recovery plans.
• Experience in CPM, delay analysis, EOT assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to prepare progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flow forecasts, and project performance reports.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Familiarity with Ashghal standards, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Previous Ashghal approval is an advantage.

Pay

• Pay is stated as QAR 1.00–QAR 2.00 per month.

Work location

• Work location is in person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update baseline programmes, detailed construction schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor and control project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
• Conduct critical path and delay analysis and assess Extensions of Time.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flow forecasts, and project performance reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to support achievement of project milestones and deadlines.
