Role Description

  • The FEMALE Senior Physiotherapist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Assess patients, develop and implement evidence based treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
  • Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and behavior/ABA specialists to deliver integrated care, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Supervise junior staff, maintain accurate clinical documentation, educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to local regulatory standards, clinic protocols, and high professional and ethical practice in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical expertise in physiotherapy assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, and post surgical conditions.
  • Experience working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including complex neurorehabilitation and multidisciplinary care.
  • Skills in clinical documentation, case management, and treatment planning, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied caseload.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating patients and caregivers.
  • Leadership abilities to mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff, including supervision, feedback, and skill development.
  • Relevant degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and eligibility for professional licensing/registration in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Commitment to evidence based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation center or hospital setting in Dubai or the wider GCC region is an advantage; proficiency in English required, additional languages are beneficial.
