360 Tech Recruitment Consultant (Perm) – Middle East
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Permanent Division, focusing on the Middle East market. This is a fast-paced, high-performance environment where you will take ownership of the full 360 recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships and delivering top-tier technology talent across the region.
You will partner with leading organisations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC, supporting hiring across software engineering, data, cloud, cyber security, DevOps, AI, and emerging technologies .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle (business development & delivery)
- Build and grow strong client relationships across the Middle East tech market
- Win new business and develop long-term partnerships within the tech space
- Source, engage, and place high-quality technology professionals across perm roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements
- Consistently meet and exceed individual billing targets
- Build a strong network of tech talent and clients across the region
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong background in permanent recruitment and/or 360 recruitment
- Track record of achieving strong billing results
- Confident business developer with a proactive approach to winning new clients
- Knowledge or exposure to the Middle East market is a plus (not essential)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated, resilient, and commercially driven mindset
