About This Role
Overview
The role will be part of a supervisory organization responsible to oversee and assure Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Contractors responsible for the full operation and maintenance of a large, transportation project in the middle east.
Our responsibility will be to provide independent operational, technical, commercial, and performance oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, value for money, and continuous improvement throughout the operations phase.
Your role
- Leads performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting for all project's operations and maintenance activities.
- Develops, implements, and maintains the performance management framework, including KPIs, targets, data definitions, and governance arrangements.
- Ensures O&M Contractors meet contractual performance requirements related to safety, reliability, punctuality, availability, and customer experience.
- Tracks and analyzes performance deviations, trends, and emerging risks, leading structured root cause analysis.
- Leads the development, monitoring, and close out of corrective action and performance improvement plans.
- Conducts performance audits and assurance reviews, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
- Prepares regular performance dashboards, reports, and briefings for the client and senior stakeholders.
- Benchmarks network performance against international metro and rail best practice and advises on improvement strategies.
