Senior Performance Analyst in DWP Digital, delivering and improving data collection, performance reporting and analytical insight for digital services.
The role supports evidence-based decisions, user-centred design and service improvement, and helps build a data-driven performance culture.
Location and travel
- The role may be based in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield.
- Regular travel to other digital hubs may be required; frequency will be discussed during recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into analytical questions and data-driven solutions with service teams.
- Lead analysis of digital performance data and communicate actionable insight through compelling narratives.
- Develop, configure and assure analytics solutions and high-quality reporting.
- Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistically valid findings.
- Integrate new data sources, technologies and analytical techniques to improve insight.
- Advise stakeholders, collaborate across disciplines, maintain data integrity and promote analytics best practice.
Selection requirements
- Candidates must pass Security Check clearance.
- Selection assesses Communicating and Influencing, Performance Measurement, Communicating Analysis and Insight, and SQL Coding Experience.
Salary and pension
- Salary is £57,946–£75,497.
- The role includes a Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97%.
