The Senior People Partner supports Product Engineering and Operations as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.
The role shapes people strategy, leadership capability, organisational design, talent strategy and culture in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies and coach leaders to drive accountability and high performance.
- Own workforce planning, support hiring plans and selection quality, and identify capability gaps and future talent risks.
- Lead performance management cycles and help managers manage performance; embed feedback, accountability and growth.
- Implement targeted learning, coach managers, and support succession planning and internal mobility.
- Advise on employee relations and risk; ensure people practices align with employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Embed inclusive leadership and improve equitable hiring, performance and progression outcomes.
- Turn engagement data into improvements, lead critical-talent retention and strengthen collaboration and cultural alignment.
- Use people analytics to inform decisions and report on attrition, performance, hiring effectiveness and engagement.
- Lead people work for organisational changes, including restructures, team evolution and process transformation.
What you need to succeed
- Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or Senior People Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Fintech or technology experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Product, Engineering or technical teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link people strategy to business performance.
