About the Role
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders across the MENA region.
The role focuses on business development, partner engagement, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with partners across the MENA region, including affiliates and other industry stakeholders
- Maintain and strengthen partner relationships to support long-term business growth
- Facilitate introductions between prospective partners/clients and relevant ATFX Group entities
- Support partner engagement and business development activities within the permitted regulatory scope
- Coordinate with relevant group entities in relation to onboarding, account opening, execution, and client servicing processes
- Support partners with marketing initiatives and campaigns in accordance with applicable regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and partner support
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities to expand the partner network
- Ensure all partner-related activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management within financial services or fintech
- Strong network of affiliates and industry partners within the MENA region
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- General understanding of financial markets and products
- Knowledge of MENA markets and regional trends
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region
- Fluency in English and Arabic
