The role We are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join us in Riyadh.
In this role, you will be responsible for securing and delivering distinctive benefits and experiences for our members, as well as creating value for corporate partners through strategic partnerships across a broad range of industries.
You will play a key role in driving commercial revenue growth while enhancing member satisfaction, reflected in strong NPS performance and positive member feedback.
• Partnership Development & Management
- Identify and secure key partnerships in the region across travel (70%) dining, entertainment and retail (30%).
- Negotiate favourable rates, offers, and events to maximize value for members.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure sustainable growth and repeat successes.
- Monitor partner performance to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery.
• Market Analysis & Strategy Execution
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure Ten s partnerships remain innovative and competitive.
- Analyse redemption data and member demand to refine partnership strategies.
- Propose and implement new strategies to impact member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and operational efficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to maximize partnership visibility and member engagement.
- Support client services and business development managers with client-related matters and new business proposals.
- Share best practices and process improvements across teams and regions.
• Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) related to partnership success.
- Use data analytics to drive improvements in partnerships offerings and member experiences.
- Continuously refine approaches based on member feedback and performance metrics.
