Senior Outsourcing Analyst - Fixed term 6 months

Strong communication and relationship management skills, with proven ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across internal teams, clients and outsourced service providers

Experience leading governance forums, with proven ability to influence, challenge and drive progress constructively, balancing effective delivery oversight with positive stakeholder relationships

Strong analytical capability, with proven experience to, interpret operational performance data, identify emerging risks or early warning indicators and support proactive operational and customer outcomes.

Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities can shift and adaptability is important along with a collaborative mindset and team-focused approach, with willingness to support colleagues and wider team objectives within a small dynamic team

Experience of working across complex operational, technology or change environments would be advantageous, with the ability to understand contractual obligations, service impacts, risks and customer outcomes.
