Job Description
- Ensure safe and smooth operation of all enrty-end equipment including uncoiler, stitching and tension
- Follow established operating procedures to ensure production targets are met.
- Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure machinery is in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols during coil handling, cutting, and changeovers.
- Inspect coated coils for surface defects, gloss level, color shade, and edge quality .
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including output quantities and machine performance data.
- Communicate effectively with coating, entry, and maintenance teams for smooth line operation.
- Lead shift handover meetings with proper documentation.
- 10-Quickly respond to line stoppages or mechanical/electrical issues at exit/entry section.
