Senior Operations Supervisor / Operations Coordinator – Head Office, Al Ain
Newton Group of Institutes is hiring an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate our four Operations Supervisors at our Head Office in Al Ain.
Head Office, Al Ain
Preferred: Female candidate
Experience
Minimum 5 years in the education/training institute field
Languages: Fluent English and Hindi required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the daily performance of four Operations Supervisors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between branches, departments, students, trainers, and management.
- Follow up on admissions, class schedules, student complaints, pending works, staff coordination, and daily operational reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain proper reporting, discipline, documentation, and operational standards across all branches.
- Support management in improving systems, staff performance, student satisfaction, and overall branch operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training institute, education center, or similar field.
- Strong leadership and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and work under pressure.
- Good reporting, coordination, and computer skills.
