Sammy Premium Dry Cleaners & Laundry Services W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead our laundry and dry cleaning operations in Doha. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can optimize workflows, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage teams in a fast-paced service environment. What you'll do:

• Oversee daily laundry and dry cleaning operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across operations teams
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and finishing of garments and textiles
• Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and operational safety standards
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve service issues promptly
• Track inventory levels for supplies and coordinate procurement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in operations management, preferably in laundry, hospitality, or a service-based industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
