Job Summary
Sammy Premium Dry Cleaners & Laundry Services W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead our laundry and dry cleaning operations in Doha.

What You'Ll Do
- Oversee daily laundry and dry cleaning operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across operations teams
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and finishing of garments and textiles
- Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and operational safety standards
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve service issues promptly
- Track inventory levels for supplies and coordinate procurement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
- Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, preferably in laundry, hospitality, or a service-based industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with operational processes and service workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
