We are looking for a Senior Product Experience Lead who will define and guide the overall product experience strategy across our digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistency, usability, and innovation across all touchpoints.

You will act as the voice of the user while aligning business goals with practical design solutions.

Lead and define the end to end product experience strategy across multiple platforms

Oversee the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems and UI standards

Drive product design from concept development through to final implementation

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Guide and mentor design team members to improve overall output quality

Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and leadership teams

Minimum 6 to 8 years in Product Design or UX UI roles with leadership or mentoring experience preferred

A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product thinking, not just visual design output, including case studies and problem solving approach

Strong experience with modern design tools such as Figma including component systems and prototyping workflows

Strong ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

Strategic thinker who balances user needs, technical constraints, and business goals while maintaining a focus on delivering practical solutions
