Senior Operations Executive – Forex & CFDs

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive with a strong background in Forex & CFD brokerage operations to lead and strengthen our operational framework.

This role requires hands-on expertise in operations and onboarding, trading operations, liquidity management, regulatory alignment, and MT4/MT5 back-office systems within a leveraged trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end brokerage operations (onboarding, funding, withdrawals, reconciliation).
• Manage KYC, AML, and client risk controls.
• Monitor liquidity exposure, margin levels, and concentration risk.
• Handle liquidity tightening scenarios and withdrawal spikes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Track and report key operational KPIs weekly.
• Lead and structure the operations team with clear accountability.
• Work closely with Dealing, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Management.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Forex / CFD brokerage operations.
• Strong understanding of leveraged products, margin trading, A-Book and B-Book models.
• Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and/or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) back-office systems.
• Experience managing payment providers and liquidity exposure.
• Solid regulatory and compliance awareness within trading environments.
• Strong KPI-driven and risk-focused mindset.
