Rehob Industrial Processing and Engineering Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **Senior Operations Manager (Industrial Plant)** to oversee plant operations in Doha, Qatar.
This role focuses on managing industrial processes, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring safe and cost-effective plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Oversee daily industrial plant operations and production activities
- Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity
- Resource Management: Manage manpower, equipment, and materials
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and regulations
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, output, and operational efficiency
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee plant maintenance and equipment reliability
- Team Leadership: Manage supervisors, engineers, and plant personnel
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Senior-level experience in industrial operations, plant management, or engineering operations
- Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial processing, manufacturing, or engineering services
- Leadership: Ability to manage large plant operations and multidisciplinary teams
