About the Role:
Rehob Industrial Processing and Engineering Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager (Industrial Plant) to oversee plant operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing industrial processes, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring safe and cost-effective plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Leadership: Oversee daily industrial plant operations and production activities
• Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity
• Resource Management: Manage manpower, equipment, and materials
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and regulations
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, output, and operational efficiency
• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee plant maintenance and equipment reliability
• Team Leadership: Manage supervisors, engineers, and plant personnel

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in industrial operations, plant management, or engineering operations
• Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial processing, manufacturing, or engineering services
• Leadership: Ability to manage large plant operations and multidisciplinary teams
