Job Summary:

Al Faris International Group LLC is seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize business operations across multiple functions. What you'll do:

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in operations management or business operations
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and process improvement
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
