Role Description
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Cutis Skin Care Clinic, ensuring optimal functioning across all departments.
Responsibilities
include managing staff schedules, streamlining operational workflows, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing clinic efficiency.
The role also involves coordinating with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and administrative staff to improve patient experience and clinic services.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Operational planning and administrative management experience in healthcare or similar industries.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, clinic workflows, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Customer service and communication skills for managing patient relations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinic management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a relevant field.
