Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Senior Operations Director** to lead and optimize company operations, oversee strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational success.
This role requires a professional with strong expertise in operations management, leadership, and business transformation.
The Senior Operations Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational strategy and driving performance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s regulatory standards and international best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of operational frameworks, compliance, and strategic planning.
