Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Operations Director to lead and optimize company operations, oversee strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational success. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in operations management, leadership, and business transformation. The Senior Operations Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational strategy and driving performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple business units.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s regulatory standards and international best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and driving organizational success.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of operational frameworks, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
