Senior Operations Analyst

Role overview

Customer and operational support

• Provide product support through operations manuals, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Investigate process and transaction exceptions beyond first-level operations service delivery.
• Coordinate appropriate partners and provide project status updates, escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to new products, workflows, services, applications, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and execute a QA strategy for TDEF business operations, including funding and portfolio services.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in TDEF business, its book of record, and processes.

Analysis, controls, and teamwork

• Analyze operational data and reporting to make recommendations on policies, processes, products, and services.
• Facilitate implementation of policies, processes, and initiatives to meet functional objectives.
• Monitor service and productivity, assess efficiency, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure programs and practices meet business needs, comply with requirements, and align with priorities.
• Maintain risk management and controls; keep abreast of emerging issues and regulatory requirements.
• Share operational knowledge, transfer information, and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.

Role qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the operating environment, business processes, procedures, and transaction lifecycle for the relevant area.
• Ability to execute complex or non-standard processes and requests involving high complexity or risk.
• Apply analysis to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess program and policy effectiveness.
• Follow relevant enterprise frameworks and internal and external requirements.

Pay

• The stated pay range is CAD $81,600–$115,200; no pay cadence is specified.
