Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and financial performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and review operational and financial reports, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve customer service performance.
• Support accurate documentation and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal audits, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and performance tracking.
• Solid communication and customer service skills for collaboration with teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Finance and accounting skills to analyze costs, support budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and business reporting software.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in an analyst or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, logistics, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with self-motivation and accountability on-site and remotely.
