Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Officer – Training, Compliance & Process
to join our
Ecommerce Operations
team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fulfilment or q-commerce environment and enjoys turning operational standards into measurable business results.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of SOPs, training, compliance, and process improvement while partnering with operations leaders to drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update operational SOPs.
- Design and deliver training programs for operations teams.
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor quality and compliance through reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure consistent process execution and operational excellence.
What We'Re Looking For
- Experience in Ecommerce, Fulfilment Centre, Dark Store, Warehouse, or Q-Commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience in SOP development, training, compliance auditing, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- HACCP or Food Safety knowledge.
- Experience working across multiple sites or with 3PL partners.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
