We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Senior Officer - Marketing and Communications

to support the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening brand positioning, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and delivering impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will play a key role in driving marketing programs, managing communications activities, and ensuring consistency across all channels

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of marketing and communications strategies and operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Execute integrated marketing activities including brand campaigns, public relations, internal communications, and digital/social media initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and campaigns, including post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Develop, review, and edit content across multiple communication channels (English and Arabic where required).
  • Manage marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely and quality delivery of outputs.
  • Support media relations activities and PR coordination, including follow-ups and offline media tasks.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic reports highlighting campaign performance, key milestones, and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Digital Media & Advertising
  • Minimum of 2 years’ progressive experience, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and communication channels systems and programs
  • Strong knowledge of Creative marketing and communication techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
