Role overview
Lead AR and AP on Yardi Voyager across lease-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.
Act as Finance's process owner in Yardi and drive system improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience.
- Ready to join within one month.
- Knowledge of IFRS in real estate accounting.
Accounts receivable
- Manage billing, receipt batches, prepayments, tenant ledgers, post-dated cheques, tenant aging, write-offs, and adjustments.
- Oversee security deposit reconciliation and final account statements for move-outs.
Owner and payable accounting
- Run management fee calculations, owner statements, owner distributions, and remittances.
- Manage payable batches, PO and invoice matching, payment processing, payables aging, and vendor reconciliations.
Close, reporting, and systems
- Oversee journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain account trees and GL mapping, and validate financial and YSR reports.
- Use Yardi automation to cut manual work and errors; partner with the ERP team on enhancements, UAT, and integrations.
