Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of faculty development strategies aligned with institutional and Faculty Affairs objectiv

• thCollaborate with institutional stakeholders to align faculty development programs with accreditation requirements, talent management goals, and strategic academic initiativ
• esPlan, design, and deliver professional development programs, workshops, and seminars that enhance teaching effectiveness and academic leadershi
• p.Conduct faculty development needs assessments in collaboration with academic leaders and HR to identify priority skill area
• s.Develop and maintain online learning modules, instructional materials, and digital resources to support continuous learnin
• g.Coordinate mentoring and coaching programs to promote faculty engagement, performance, and career progressio
• n.Monitor and evaluate faculty development programs through KPIs, feedback surveys, and participation metrics; recommend improvement
• s.Assist in the management of recognition and award programs that celebrate faculty achievements and innovation in teaching and researc
• h.Maintain and update faculty development databases and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and support reporting need
