Role Overview

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks in the enterprise MIS platform development program.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the design and implementation of a Financial Reporting System across the Group.
• Evaluate, select, and implement hardware and software solutions supporting MIS objectives.
• Work with departments to understand data management needs and improve data collection, storage, and retrieval.
• Develop the enterprise data management plan and enforce data management policies and procedures.
• Stay current with MIS and financial management technology trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Operational Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the MIS platform used for financial reporting and manage identified issues through resolution.
• Review data problems and present solutions to improve system performance.
• Analyze change requests, develop solutions when required, and track approved changes through implementation.
• Conduct regular data audits and resolve data quality issues.
• Work with FP&A analysts to prepare and present reports and analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Meet audit requirements and respond to internal, external, and regulatory auditor requests.
• Support MIS reporting and analytics for Transaction Banking, including Cash Management and Trade Finance.

Requirements

• Support the FP&A function through management information and financial reporting solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the design and implementation of a group-wide Financial Reporting System.
• Contribute to enterprise MIS platform development and data management planning.
• Provide knowledge of industry best practices in MIS and financial management technology.
• Understand data management needs and establish efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval practices.
• Support data management policies, procedures, governance, and audit requirements.
