We are looking for a Senior Nursery Operations Manager who will take full ownership of our nursery operations across multiple centers. You are not just managing daily activities you are shaping the operational excellence, service quality, and growth strategy of our early learning programs. You will lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure every child and family receives exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
Oversee daily nursery operations across centers, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance, and high service standards.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage nursery managers, educators, and support staff to build a high-performing and motivated team.

Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all operations meet local regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

Parent Experience:
Enhance parent satisfaction by improving communication, service delivery, and overall customer experience.

Process Improvement:
Identify operational gaps and implement efficient systems, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and outcomes.

Budget and Performance Management:
Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive operational performance aligned with company goals.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years in operations management within childcare, education, or service-based industries, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to manage teams, drive performance, and build a positive work culture.

Operational Expertise:
Proven experience in managing multi-site operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance.

Communication:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage parents, staff, and leadership.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.

Mindset:
You are proactive, organized, and solutions-driven, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ﷼22,000.00 - ﷼26,000.00 per month
