Job Title: Senior Node.js Backend Developer (On-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Backend Developer to join our team on-site and support the development of our multi-asset digital trading platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services that power core trading operations, wallet management, and internal administrative systems.

This role also requires experience in CRM system integration and development to support customer management and internal operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build and maintain real-time price streaming and trading logic using WebSocket / SSE
• Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB for structured and live market data
• Implement secure wallet and transaction management systems
• Integrate external banking and payment APIs
• Develop and maintain Admin Portal APIs for internal operations including:
• User management
• Trade and wallet monitoring
• Audit and logging systems
• Integrate and manage CRM systems to support customer lifecycle, support operations, and internal processes
• Apply modern security best practices including authentication, authorization, and encryption
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Message Queues
• Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-based backend systems
• Solid understanding of JWT / OAuth2 authentication and backend security
• Experience working with or integrating CRM systems
• Preferred Skills (Bonus)
• Experience in Fintech, trading platforms, or exchange systems
• Experience with BullMQ or RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Sentry, ELK, or CloudWatch
• Knowledge of KYC / AML and regulatory compliance processes
