Role Overview The Senior Nail Technician – Manicure & Pedicure is responsible for delivering exceptional nail care services with precision, artistry, and consistency. This role combines technical expertise with a refined client experience, ensuring every service reflects The Nail Lodge’s premium standards of quality, hygiene, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities 1. Essential Nail Care Services • Perform classic manicure and pedicure treatments to the highest hygiene and quality standards • Execute Russian manicure and pedicure techniques with advanced precision • Ensure proper nail shaping, cuticle work, and nail health maintenance • Adhere strictly to sterilization, sanitation, and hygiene protocols in line with UAE regulations 2. Polish Application & Finishing Services • Apply a wide range of polish techniques, including: o Classic polish (including French) o Gel polish and Gel French o Ombre (gel and classic) • Deliver advanced finishes such as: o Chrome applications (full set or per nail) o Custom nail art tailored to client preferences • Perform supporting services: o Nail repairs and maintenance o Safe removal of gel, chrome, and ombre o Under-toenail cleaning (as part of pedicure services) 3. Nail Extensions & Advanced Techniques • Perform Acrylic Extensions, including: o Natural, gel color, French, and ombre finishes o Refills and safe removals • Perform Hard Gel Extensions, including: o Natural, color, French, and ombre o Refills and removals • Perform Soft Gel Extensions: o Full sets, French, and ombre o Professional and damage-free removal • Apply BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) and Rubber Base systems (non-extension services) • Ensure: o Correct apex structure and balance o Long-lasting, durable, and high-quality results 4. Client Experience & Consultation • Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable services • Proactively upsell enhancements and premium add-ons • Deliver a luxury, relaxing, and tailored client journey • Handle client feedback and concerns with professionalism and care 5. Operational Excellence • Follow service timing standards (T&T) to ensure efficiency without compromising quality • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared workstation • Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized after each use • Support inventory control and efficient product usage 6. Team & Brand Contribution • Mentor and support junior technicians through training and knowledge sharing • Ensure consistency in service delivery across the team • Represent The Nail Lodge with professionalism, elegance, and brand alignment Skills & Requirements • Proven experience in manicure, pedicure, and nail extension services • Advanced expertise in: o Russian manicure techniques o Gel, acrylic, BIAB, and rubber base systems • Strong attention to detail and artistic ability • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Solid knowledge of hygiene practices and UAE salon regulations

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
