LTE Group have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing and External Relations Department as a Senior Multi-Media Executive on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis.
Based out of our Openshaw campus in Manchester.
This role is hybrid working up to two days per week in the office.

As a Senior Multi-Media Executive you will support our brand and performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on designing, delivering and managing engaging content and executing impactful marketing campaigns, events and plans.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness and recruitment through the creation of compelling content, engagement, and conversion opportunities across digital and offline channels to both internal and external audiences.
Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Multi-Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our brand and performance marketing activity by designing, delivering and managing engaging content, as well as executing impactful campaigns, events and plans.
You’ll be responsible for creating and managing compelling internal communications to keep colleagues informed and engaged, while also working closely with senior marketing managers to develop creative initiatives that increase brand visibility and build customer loyalty.
Alongside this, you’ll lead on delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
You’ll also support the planning and delivery of internal events, helping to enhance employee engagement and strengthen our organisational culture across both internal and external audiences.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or related subject.
- Track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns and customer experiences.
- Experience with digital marketing tactics such as PPC and other paid media and social media.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Campaign master, Dynamics), and social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, HubSpot).
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines for activities such as recruitment campaigns and events.
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Strong planning skills, used to working to tight deadlines, while still maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage a multitude of activities with competing deadlines.
- The ability and attitude to embrace technology to optimise all marketing activities.
- The ability to analyse data to understand what is working and what is not to provide actionable insights to improve understanding and performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong listening skills.
