Role overview

Senior Mortgage Broker role, full-time and on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Advises clients, assesses financial profiles, secures loan terms, and manages mortgage cases through disbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and assess their financial profiles, income, and liabilities.
  • Secure competitive loan terms with banking partners and prepare mortgage applications.
  • Manage applications and approvals from initial inquiry through final disbursement.
  • Maintain lender relationships and stay current on UAE mortgage regulations and market trends.
  • Support refinancing and debt consolidation when appropriate.
  • Contribute to networking, business development, and mortgage marketing activities.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients, partners, and internal team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong mortgage brokerage expertise and a record of closing residential mortgage deals.
  • Finance and debt-consolidation proficiency to assess client finances and recommend repayment or restructuring strategies.
  • Knowledge of mortgage marketing and brokerage for lead generation, client acquisition, and market visibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE banking products, mortgage regulations, and property market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and compliance; ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Previous senior mortgage, finance, or banking advisory experience in the UAE or GCC is highly beneficial.

Workplace

  • The role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi and requires regular in-person meetings.
