Senior Mobile Phone Technician (Board-Level Repair)

Overview

• Hiring: Mobile Phone Technician (Level 4) – Phonebot Dubai Office
• **Job Title:** Mobile Phone Technician - Level 4
• **Location:** Al Rigga, Deira, Dubai.
• **Salary:** AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month (Depending upon the skills & experience)
• **Employment Type:** Full-time, On-site.
• **Working Days:** 6 days per week (1 weekly off).
• **Working Hours:** 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM, including lunch, dinner & personal break.
• **Benefits:** Annual leave, sick leave, and performance-based annual increment.

About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair **advanced hardware and software issues** in smartphones and electronic devices
• Perform **complex repairs** such as motherboard-level troubleshooting, micro-soldering, IC replacement, and circuit diagnostics.
• Repair and replace components including screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and internal board components.
• Perform board swapping and replacement of faulty motherboards when required.
• Diagnose and repair faults on mobile phone boards, including power, charging, network, and display-related issues.
• Repair, replace, and rebuild charging boards and charging circuits to restore proper device functionality
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and firmware.
• Conduct **final quality control checks** to ensure devices meet company standards before dispatch
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts replacements, and inventory usage.
• Provide professional assistance to customers regarding device-related inquiries.
• Follow safety procedures when handling electronic equipment and repair tools.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a **Mobile Phone Technician** with expertise in advanced repairs.
• Strong knowledge of **mobile hardware, chip-level repairs, and circuit diagrams**.
• Hands-on experience with **micro-soldering, motherboard repair & board swapping.**
• Ability to diagnose complex faults across multiple brands (Apple, Samsung, etc.)
• **Excellent attention to detail with strong hand–eye coordination.**
• Familiarity with repair tracking systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
